Great location. This hotel is right next to the reunion tower and walking distance to the grassy knoll (JFK assasination point) The train/tram station is next to the hotel, which gives great access tot dallas and one stop away from the american airlines center, if you want to go to see a stars or mavs game Hotel staff were super helpful and always went above and beyond to help Great views from the sky bar Very nice gym with enough equipment to do a full workout

BreakfastGood Would like unbottled refillable water rather than bottled. FRESH FRUIT better than the packaged . Eggs great. Yoghurt great. Lighting a central light over the middle of the room would improve the hotel room . Bedside lighting great. The mattresses were outstanding ,linen clean and pretty bedspread. More tissues at bedside , rubbish bin near bedside . Seating v comfortable. Toaster would have gone down well.

Location and proximity to bus stations around and the street car. A very clean hotel in a quiet area in Dallas. Beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was ok but there should be more of a variety.

I liked the location best. I thought the layout was a little unusual with the bar/coffee place/check-in desk all at one location. It wasn't wrong and wouldn't prevent me from staying there again; it was just a little strange. Maybe because we entered from the parking garage and had to take the stairs/elevator there...

Very nice hotel near Kennedy Memorial. It is located on a quiet street - we stayed in a wonderful room with total blackout curtains and comfy beds and a good clean shower. The guy at the reception was very friendly and managed to check us in a little earlier (that was a big deal for us). The hotel has a nice rooftop bar/lounge with a little city view (kitchen closes a little early though). Uber and delivery services work well in the area.

The staff was great! Especially the bar tenders from 6pm-12am, they make perfect drinks, they have great service. Great conversations, when we needed help, everyone was helpful. Even the valet helped me with a surprise for my wife and I appreciated that. We will most definitely be returning! Do not just look at the price when booking here, think about the experience. You will not regret it!

staff is pleasant. Felt safe with keycard necessary for elevators in this hotel. Has mock Starbucks in lobby but hours limited. Had bar upstairs with nice views Room was clean and comfortable
